“Absolutely appaled that an order that was placed at 19:30 and reported as delivered never even arrived. When i called 20mins aftet meal was alledgedly delivered i could not believe that i was told that my order had not printed off amd therefore had not even been cooked!! I have ordered from and eaten at Undal many many times and this kind of service is disgusting and makes me never want to eat there again!”
