“This review is for 05/12 order ORD00827145, as they have not changed status to delivered. Order accepted at 5pm, delivered at 7.30, husband went to takeaway at 7.00 they said driver had just left, my husband came home, 10 mins after that it arrived, cold, food had spilled into bag, and to make it worse king prawns cut in half, so basically 2/3king prawns , tried to ring you to complain and the number goes straight to voicemail. Have spent a lot of money with your business over the year, you have now lost our business, am sure you will not mind, but due to how much we spent, felt strongly enough to leave this review. Understand you were busy but lack of communication and state of food and time was unacceptable ”
