We did notice that the address provided had the wrong road name, which unfortunately caused a delay for our driver in locating you. This may have affected the temperature of the food upon arrival. Our driver did his best to deliver as quickly as possible under the circumstances. We always aim to provide friendly service and hot, fresh food, and we regret that this order didn’t meet your expectations.
